Your mission
  • Leading a team of six people with expertise in UX, software development, and content production 
  • Set goals related to Mavie Work’s products and drive the team towards successful execution 
  • Develop new products based by identifying customer needs, conducting market research, creating business plans and testing hypotheses 
  • Commercial product lead – you are in charge of creating business plans, pricing models, and useful product bundles & combinations 
  • You will work closely with our Customer center, Operations center and Marketing as well as our parent company’s CTO and innovation to launch and integrate new products 
  • You will be a member of the Mavie Work Group Board that steers the group’s company stragtegy 
Your profile
  • Leadership Experience, Digital product development expertise, excellent quantitative, commercial and communication skills. Fluency in English
  • B2C User Experience, Scrum/Agile, hands on attitude (not just supervising) 
  • Experience in HealthTech or Health service company 
  • Proven track record of building or shaping a digital product (3+ years of PM experience)  
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in an international environment 
  • Strong commercial & business development skills 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills  
  • Basic technical knowledge and understanding of software development 
  • experience managing a cross-functional team / “squad” to deliver features in time 
  • Good analytical, quantitative skills  
  • Experience in digital health / wellbeing, gamification, habit building, behavioural science  
  • Experience in hybrid models (digital product + in person service) 
  • Understanding of / Interest in psychology, counseling, fitness and/nutrition 
  • Passion to make an impact on other people’s health 
  • Empathy - in particular with (cross-functional) team members, customer and user

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Leitung eines sechsköpfigen Teams mit Fachkenntnissen in den Bereichen UX, Softwareentwicklung und Content-Produktion
  • Setzen Sie Ziele für die Produkte von Mavie Work und führen Sie das Team zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Entwickeln Sie neue Produkte, indem Sie Kundenbedürfnisse identifizieren, Marktforschung betreiben, Geschäftspläne erstellen und Hypothesen testen 
  • Commercial Product Lead - Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Geschäftsplänen, Preismodellen, sinnvollen Produktbündeln und -kombinationen 
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit unserem Customer Center, Operations Center und Marketing sowie dem CTO und der Innovationsabteilung unseres Mutterkonzerns zusammen, um neue Produkte einzuführen und zu integrieren 
  • Sie sind Mitglied des Mavie Work Group Board, das die Unternehmensstrategie der Gruppe steuert 
Ihr Profil
  • Führungserfahrung, Erfahrung in der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte, ausgezeichnete quantitative und kaufmännische Fähigkeiten sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit, fließende Englischkenntnisse
  • B2C-Benutzererfahrung, Scrum/Agile, praktische Erfahrung (nicht nur als Betreuer) 
  • Erfahrung in einem HealthTech- oder Gesundheitsdienstleistungsunternehmen
  • Nachgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz beim Aufbau oder der Gestaltung eines digitalen Produkts (mindestens 3 Jahre PM-Erfahrung)  
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld 
  • Ausgeprägte kommerzielle und geschäftliche Entwicklungsfähigkeiten 
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Bereich Kommunikation und Stakeholder-Management  
  • Grundlegende technische Kenntnisse und Verständnis der Softwareentwicklung 
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung eines funktionsübergreifenden Teams / einer „Truppe“ zur termingerechten Bereitstellung von Funktionen 
  • Gute analytische und quantitative Fähigkeiten  
  • Erfahrung im Bereich digitale Gesundheit/Wellness, Gamification, Gewohnheitsbildung, Verhaltenswissenschaft  
  • Erfahrung mit hybriden Modellen (digitales Produkt + persönlicher Service) 
  • Verständnis für / Interesse an Psychologie, Beratung, Fitness und / oder Ernährung 
  • Leidenschaft, etwas für die Gesundheit anderer Menschen zu tun 
  • Empathie - insbesondere mit (funktionsübergreifenden) Teammitgliedern, Kunden und Nutzern
