For our branch in 1030 Vienna, we are looking for an experienced consultant and industrial and organizational psychologist to start immediately for
18 hours per week:

  • 8 counseling sessions per week, each lasting 1.25 hours
  • 7.5 hours per week working with the Work and Organizational Psychology team

Your mission

EAP Counseling
  • Solution-focused, short-term counseling in professional and personal contexts
  • Counseling in individual and group settings
  • Conducting counseling sessions in person and online
Occupational Psychology
  • Planning, conducting, and overseeing evaluations of psychological stress in the workplace in accordance with the Occupational Safety Act (ASchG)
  • Conducting occupational psychology interviews, workshops, and group sessions
  • Analysis of occupational psychology issues and development of practical recommendations
  • Presentation of results and support for implementation processes at client sites
  • Independent management of occupational psychology projects
  • Ongoing communication with clients and project partners
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions on occupational psychology topics

Your profile

EAP Counselor
  • Additional qualifications in the field of counseling (e.g., life and social counseling, coaching, psychotherapy, systemic counseling, or comparable training) are a plus.
  • Experience in solution-focused individual, couple, and family counseling, as well as in training, with proof of relevant additional qualifications
  • Experience conducting initial consultations and providing solution-focused counseling
Occupational Psychologist
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology and advanced training in occupational and organizational psychology
  • Certified occupational psychologist
  • Proven experience in evaluating psychological stress in the workplace in accordance with the Austrian Occupational Safety Act (ASchG)
  • Knowledge of test theory as applied to assessment procedures for measuring psychological stress at work
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and a passion for working with data and analyses
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and overseeing occupational psychology projects
  • Experience facilitating workshops, focus groups, and intervention processes
  • Ability to identify and analyze occupational psychology issues and derive practical solutions
  • Business-level English proficiency for consultations, workshops, and providing professional support to clients in an international environment
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
